VAX VacationAccess continuously strives to keep travel advisors top of mind, creating new resources and enhancing existing ones to meet every business need. From educational tools to social media content inspiration, check out some of the new changes advisors can find over on VAX’s homepage.

 

The Travel Inspo Tool Kit

Earlier this year, VAX collaborated with Solstice Collective to create fresh, pre-made social media content, easily downloadable by advisors. On this page, users will find aesthetic reels, inspomemes and general posts, curated specifically to help advisors unlock their creative side. Supplier shareables featuring industry deals and cheeky travel memes are also available in the tool kit. For those who aren’t tech savvy, the How-To tab provides a step-by-step guide for downloading and customizing the content, in addition to sharing it on an advisor’s socials.

 

To access this marketing gem, select the “Resources” tab on the VAX homepage and “Travel Inspo Tool Kit.”

 

 

Maxwell’s Monthly Contest

VAX’s flippered friend, Maxwell, is on the move. Each month, he’ll be traveling around the VAX website and hiding in a new location. Using the provided clue, advisors can explore the site to find him and submit a screenshot once he’s located. The advisor’s contact information will be entered into a monthly prize drawing, and, as an extra bonus, the winner will be added to The Compass magazine distribution list.

 

For this month’s clue, head over to the “Education” tab on the VAX homepage and select “Maxwell’s Monthly Contest.” Happy hunting!

 

Maxwell’s List

Maxwell may like to partake in his fair share of shenanigans, but he’s all business when it comes to providing advisors with educational resources. On this page, travel professionals will find two tabs: Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Marketing Resources. The CRM section offers direct links to websites such as Client Ease, Tern and Travefy, while the marketing page links to BranchUp, Digital Travel Academy, MarketEase and much more.

Destination Pages

Created in partnership with Arrival Guides, the comprehensive downloadable guides on VAX’s destination pages offer an abundance of helpful information about specific destinations. Categorized by region, advisors select the appropriate dropdown and can locate information about various countries and their popular cities. Covering everything from bars, nightlife, cafes and dining recommendations to attractions and tourist information, the guides provide a thorough overview of the destination and are a great tool to share with clients.
