Special Needs Group Abolishes NCF’s as part of 12th Anniversary Milestone

Fort Lauderdale, FL – February 11, 2019 – SNG announced additional policy and program changes benefitting Professional Travel Advisors. The latest “reveal” in a month-long celebration /recognition initiative include the termination of all previously non-commissionable transaction components; specifically one-way and hotel delivery fees.

“Our pricing has always included equipment loss/damage coverage as part of an inclusive pricing strategy and will remain fully commissionable,” stated Andrew J. Garnett, President and CEO. “Our latest commission move is an acknowledgement of the true value and expertise Professional Travel Advisors contribute to SNG and the travelling public. We have made the necessary systems modifications so that the total transactional price if fully commissionable, with absolutely no commission caps,” Garnett added.

Additionally, SNG announced expanded White Glove Service (WGS) to serve guests sailing on The Celebrity Edge, RCCL’s Harmony of the Seas and the Port of New Orleans.

This announcement comes on the heels of the recently announced February 20% commission booking promotion on all WGS booking made during the month, regardless of sail date.

“The Professional Travel Advisor Community has helped to propel our consistent growth and these, along with other initiatives underscore SNG’s commitment to the Distribution System,” Garnett concluded.
