Global Travel Collection Expands The Circle for 2026 as Top Advisor Ranks Grow

Enhanced program designed to help top advisors scale larger, more profitable travel businesses

NEW YORK (April 3, 2026) – Global Travel Collection (GTC), a $2.4 billion luxury travel agency supporting one of the industry’s most influential networks of travel advisors, today announced the evolution of The Circle, its premier platform designed to help top-performing advisors grow and scale multimillion-dollar travel businesses across the United States and the United Kingdom.

The expansion reflects a broader shift across the travel industry: today’s leading advisors are increasingly operating as entrepreneurs, building highly specialized businesses within collaborative global networks. In response, GTC has evolved The Circle beyond traditional recognition, creating a strategic growth platform that connects top advisors with the resources, relationships and support needed to accelerate their businesses.

Representing the top 15% of GTC producers, The Circle includes advisors whose businesses generate multimillion-dollar revenue. For 2026, 232 independent contractor businesses and in-house advisors qualified, each achieving at least $3 million in actualized sales in 2025, with many Circle advisors generating more than $10 million in actualized sales. The group includes 20 new independent contractor business owners joining the program for the first time.

Together, these advisors represent a powerful segment of the GTC network: travel entrepreneurs whose expertise and client relationships continue to drive growth in the luxury travel sector.

“The Circle is not just about recognizing past performance, it’s about helping our top advisors build even stronger businesses,” said Angie Licea, President, Global Travel Collection. “We’ve designed the program as a strategic platform that gives advisors the tools, connections and visibility they need to grow, innovate and lead in today’s travel industry.”

The program features a three-tiered structure—Diamond, Platinum and Gold—offering clear benchmarks as advisors expand their businesses and reach new levels of success.

Beyond recognition, The Circle functions as a strategic system built to support high-performing travel entrepreneurs. Members gain access to enhanced marketing resources, dedicated advisor support, curated industry conferences and trade shows and luxury travel experiences hosted by preferred partners—helping advisors expand their networks, strengthen supplier partner relationships and discover new opportunities for growth.

Members are also recognized at key industry events, including GTC’s annual ARRIVE conference, and receive access to exclusive experiences through SELECT Hotels & Resorts and CURATED Hotels & Resorts, two luxury preferred partner programs from Internova Travel Group.

As GTC continues its evolution toward a unified global brand, the company is aligning programs and resources to provide advisors with a more consistent, scalable business platform. The expansion of The Circle reflects that strategy, bringing together the network’s most successful travel entrepreneurs within a shared framework designed to support leadership, collaboration and long-term business development.

“That alignment allows our top advisors to scale their businesses with greater clarity and confidence,” said Simon Brooks, SVP of Advisor Success, Global Travel Collection. “The Circle connects our advisors to the relationships, resources and industry access that help them grow.”
