Beautifully produced with stunning photography, the book entitled Culinary Arts Kitchen Recipes, features recipes that are taught in the state-of-the-art, demonstration kitchen aboard Seven Seas Explorer. The one-of-a-kind, hands-on cooking experience in Seven Seas Explorer’s Culinary Arts Kitchen provides a learning environment reminiscent of some of the world’s finest cooking schools aboard Regent Seven Seas Cruises’ newest ship, heralded as the most luxurious ship ever built.

Each of the cookbook’s 18 chapters reflects the recipes taught in 18 individual Culinary Arts Kitchen classes aboard Seven Seas Explorer. In total, the cookbook contains recipes for 95 delectable items, 20 desserts and 14 beverages and cocktails. Sections include, “Fiesta on the High Seas,” “Caribe!” and “Majestic Mediterranean,” featuring signature dishes selected from Italy, France, Greece, Turkey, and Spain.
