Dugan’s Travels, a nationally recognized host agency, is celebrating its 26th year in business with a high-impact lineup of training events, FAM trips, and advisor-focused programming throughout 2025. Known for its personal support and commitment to helping independent travel advisors succeed, Dugan’s continues to lead with hands-on education and strong supplier relationships.
The year launched with four major events that combined destination immersion, product training, and community building:
“These events are designed to empower our agents with real-world knowledge,” said Jennifer Dugan, owner of Dugan’s Travels. “Seeing the product first-hand and connecting with suppliers builds the kind of confidence that translates into sales.”
The momentum continues with two major Dugan’s University (DU) events:
In October, advisors will also have the opportunity to explore Europe on the Ireland FAM with Globus, offering guided travel training and cultural immersion designed to strengthen advisors’ ability to sell escorted tours and international packages.
Dugan’s Travels offers its network of over 350 agents:
“Everything we do is rooted in helping our advisors succeed on their terms,” said Dugan. “Whether it’s their first FAM or their fiftieth, we make sure they leave our events more connected, more knowledgeable, and more confident.”
Founded in 1997, Dugan’s Travels is a host agency committed to helping independent travel advisors build thriving businesses through personalized support, community connection, and continuous education. The agency serves a diverse network of agents across the United States and continues to innovate with training opportunities and supplier engagement year-round.
