CCRA Announces May 2023 PowerSolutions LIVE Chicago Travel Advisor Training and Networking Event

FORT WORTH, TEXAS – April 4, 2023 – CCRA Travel Commerce Network today announced that PowerSolutions LIVE Chicago will be held on May 12th, 2023, at Chicago’s Hilton Palmer House. Sponsored by ultra-low-cost carrier Volaris and Mexico’s Ministry of Tourism, the in-person event will showcase a special focus on many of the 32 Mexican states and Mexico’s huge cultural heritage, its beautiful beaches, and its 132 “Pueblos Mágicos” or Magical Townships. Headlined by keynote speaker Miguel Torruco Marques, Mexico’s Secretary of Tourism who has been instrumental in the growth of tourism into Mexico, PowerSolutions LIVE Chicago will take place during an entire day where hundreds of travel advisors will get the unique opportunity to learn firsthand about Mexico’s history, tourist attractions, destinations, and breathtaking natural wonders.  In addition, advisors will network with a vast array of suppliers from exciting vacation destinations in and around Mexico including Baja California Sur, Central Florida – with over 550 of the most beautiful freshwater lakes in Florida, the states of Nayarit – considered the birthplace of Aztec Civilization and Sonora – with a variety of climates to explore, as well as world class suppliers like Hyatt, Melia Hotels & Resorts, Marriott International, and many more.

 

The event will include valuable education and training sessions by the tourism leaders as well as face-to-face round table meetings between advisors and suppliers. The afternoon will present further opportunities for building key supplier relationships and networking with industry colleagues and an interactive trade show that will also highlight the cultural heritage of Mexico, featuring a traditional Mariachi band, Mexican food, fantastic giveaways, and prizes – including a trip for two to Mexico!
