From Stunning Visuals to Seamless Presentations: AI Tools Every Travel Advisor Should Know in 2025

Artificial intelligence or AI is taking the world by storm. It seems like there’s a new app every hour being announced and there’s already so many apps out there that you don’t have any idea what to choose. So I thought I would put together a listing of the various types of apps that travel agents would probably use. I am dumbfounded, every single day with my ability to create beautiful images, pictures, and tons of other materials. Even as I write this, I am using a word to text app that makes writing so much easier than using a keyboard.
Since AI apps are moving so quickly, I suspect this information will be out of date in a month. That’s how fast it is changing. If you are interested in learning more about AI, I would recommend subscribing to the newsletters; Rundown AI, Superhuman and The Neron. They are newsletters that share every thing that is going each day in AI. They are a free subscription and I find it essential in order for me to keep up with what’s happening.
I am no expert on AI but I do find it to be very stimulating. So if you’re an expert on AI, don’t laugh at the way I’m approaching this. I just wish I would’ve had this information when I was first starting out with AI because it seemed as if AI was just 1000 miles in the distance. Had I known what I could’ve done with AI when I started out, I’d be a lot farther down the road. So with that said here’s an explanation of what each app does in a list of the apps that does it. I didn’t put the URL in simply because it’s just much easier if you just Google the apps and click on them.
Text-to-Image Generation
Text-to-Image generation is just that. You use a prompt to describe what you want the image to look like and then the app creates the image. It is extremely lifelike and realistic. Some of the apps will also let you create art out of a description. If you have any creativity in you at all., you will have nothing but fun learning how to use your text-to-image app. They are all good, but I prefer Adobe’s Firefly Pro as firefly encodes the image with where it came from and who made it. This is so important if there was ever a copyright infringement claim against the image. So here is a list of text to image generation apps.
- Midjourney
- Stable Diffusion
- Canva AI Image Generator
- DALL-E (OpenAI)
- Adobe Firefly
- Craiyon (formerly DALL-E Mini)
- Imagine AI Art Generator
- DeepAI
- Artbreeder
- NightCafe Creator
Text-to-Video Generation
Text to video generation works exactly like text to image generation. You simply prompt the app with what you want the video to look like and do. It can be anything and I would think about 90% of the content on YouTube is text to video content. Adobe just released firefly Pro and it does contain a great text to video app. Here is a list of text to video apps. Several of these apps also have lifelike avatars that you can use however you would like.
- Runway ML
- Synthesia
- Pictory
- InVideo
- Lumen5
- Steve.ai
- Fliki
- DeepBrain AI
- Kapwing
- Elai.io

Generative AI Chatbots/Assistants- Also Known as LLMs
How did we ever live without these LLMs or Large Language Models. While ChatGPT introduced LLM’s to the world they’ve actually been around quite a while. Each one has its own skill set and personality. As an example I use Claude multiple times a day and Joanie thinks that Claud is my best friend. However I do use ChatGPT, perplexity, and Meta AI all the time. My Ray Ban Meta smart glasses are connected to Chat GPT so that no matter where I am, I can resource ChatGPT in a heartbeat. I couldn’t live without them at this point. Here are the major LLMs
- ChatGPT
- Claude
- Google Bard
- Microsoft Copilot
- Perplexity
- Jasper Chat
- Character.AI
- Grok
- Gemini
