On-Demand Luggage Management for Travelers: How it Works
Travelers book luggage handing at www.helloreclaim.com, and reclaim will pick up the luggage from voco The Darwin Atlanta Midtown hotel lobby from guests up to six hours before flight departure following a fast three-step procedure which includes:
- Validation of the customer’s identification.
- Confirming that the ID matches an active boarding pass.
- Sealing luggage with tamper-evident tracking tags, enabling travelers to monitor their bags throughout the process in real time via SMS or e-mail.
