WorldVia Travel Network Announces 2026 Events Calendar

A yearlong mix of immersive training, niche specialization, and virtual access designed to help advisors grow smarter in 2026

ATLANTA–WorldVia Travel Network today unveiled its 2026 slate of educational and  networking events for its travel advisor members, building on its award‑winning training  platform with an expanded mix of in‑person and virtual opportunities that support every  stage of a travel advisor’s journey.

Throughout the year, members will have access to immersive learning experiences,  niche‑focused events, and growth‑oriented sessions designed to help them build thriving  travel businesses into 2026 and beyond.

Each event format is designed to provide clear value—whether launching a new agency,  mastering a niche, refining marketing and sales strategies, or scaling an established  business—so advisors can confidently chart their own development paths. Also new for  2026 will be the opportunity for advisors who prefer online learning—or those unable to  attend in person—to tune in virtually to WorldVia events in real time.

“We’re so excited to unveil our widest and most encompassing slate of education and  events yet,” said Director of Member Development Erica Scannelli. “Throughout the year,  we want to ensure that for any training that one of our advisors might need, we have the  solution.”

WorldVia’s 2026 educational series features a powerful blend of new programs and  returning favorites: “Roadshow,” “Navigator,” “Discovery,” “Forum,” “Immersion,” and  “Accelerator,” along with WORLD26, CORE, and additional virtual business‑support  offerings such as the 90‑Day Startup Challenge and Travel Camp Marketeer.

Navigator, WorldVia’s dynamic single‑day event for advisors who are newer to the travel  industry, returns in 2026 to help members plot their course in the business of travel. This  one‑day session is designed to strengthen foundational knowledge, build confidence and  simplify the many moving pieces involved in starting and running a successful agency.  Participants will engage in interactive coaching, Q&A, and supplier introductions that  prepare them to get the most out of the broader event calendar, including local Roadshow.  The 2026 Navigator events are scheduled as follows:

  • Fort Worth, Texas – March 13 (preceding the Dallas/Fort Worth Roadshow)  Orlando, Florida – March 24 (preceding the Orlando Roadshow)

WorldVia is also broadening its virtual education footprint in 2026 with a refreshed  “Discovery” series, created for members to “discover” key travel categories and deepen their expertise in high‑impact niches. New among returning Discovery sessions is the  Romance Discovery, to be held in February tied to Valentine’s Day.

Overall, these online sessions help new advisors gain in‑depth knowledge of destinations,  product types, and sales strategies, while connecting directly with preferred partners. The  2026 Discovery events and dates include:

“The last year has shown us that we hit our marks when it comes to providing the tools and  know-how our advisors need to succeed and grow their businesses,” Scannelli said. “We’re  looking forward to applying these lessons in 2026 in delivering our most robust and in depth calendar yet.”
