Venture Ashore expands with new tours in Europe, the Caribbean, Asia and North and South America, including Alaska
New York, NY – April 1, 2024 – Venture Ashore, the world’s largest independent shore excursion company, is announcing 200 new tours for 2024 in key locations such as Italy, France, Greece, Caribbean, Thailand, Canada, Mexican Rivera, South America, Alaska and Vietnam. With tours including cooking, water-based and thrill-seeking experiences. The introduction of these new tours follows a successful year in 2023, which saw a 63% increase in demand.
Travellers are looking for more meaningful, authentic and unique experiences when they travel in order to become immersed in each destination they visit. Venture Ashore continues to focus on small group tours and private experiences and has added more tours where there is increased demand, for example in Roatan, where there are more cruise liners alternating their itineraries to avoid congestion in port. Journey through the Cinque Terre by train, Italy
The best way to explore and see everything that Cinque Terre has to offer in a day is by train. The first stop is Manarola, a charming and picturesque villa with its brightly coloured tower, houses and steep narrow alleyways leading to the seafront. Other villages on the tour include: Riomaggiore, Vernazza, Corniglia and Monterosso.

Commemorate the 80th anniversary of D-Day, France

Starfish and bioluminescent gazing, Grand Cayman
The tour starts with a drive through different Eastern districts of Grand Cayman, before arriving at the first destination of Starfish Point beach. The beach is known for beautiful Starfish that congregate on the beach every day. After this experience, the next destination is Kaibo Beach, where guests can spend up to an hour and a half relaxing on the white sandy beach and have dinner or enjoy the famous Cayman mudslide cocktail. For James Bond lovers, Venture Ashore offers a James Bond Island with Sea Canoe Tour. Guests will begin the tour by speed boat and arrive at Hong and Panak Islands before going on a canoe and begin exploring Phang-Nga Bay. Lunch is provided on the tour, served on another beautiful island at Panyee Floating Village. After lunch, the guide tours the local village for the chance to observe the locals living on an island in the middle of the sea.
