Oceana

 

With wide-angled views of the Caribbean Sea, the city lights of Montego Bay to the east, and the island’s westerly views, Oceana is a truly lavish luxury villa offering jaw-dropping scenery from the top of Garden Hill. With tastefully appointed spaces throughout three separate spaces, the sprawling property offers a modern organic feel combined with a biophilic design that invites the stunning Jamaican palms, flowers, and foliage inside. The property’s surroundings create a beautiful cocoon of natural privacy around the villa which evokes feelings of exclusivity and relaxation. 
 

Ideal for discerning guests looking for a truly lavish Jamaican getaway, Oceana’s Main House unfolds with bright interiors splashed with natural light and enlivened with striking wood and views of nature’s grandeur. The grand living room opens onto a large patio area for guests to lounge outdoors, while multiple settings for dining and unobstructed vistas of the sea are framed by colorful flowers and foliage. The Main House’s master bedroom is perfectly laid out to offer guests separate spaces and the room’s en suite bathroom is equipped with a luxurious indoor/outdoor shower and bathtub that opens out to boast its own island view. A separate Carriage House has two bedrooms, while the Guest Cottage has three bedrooms, including a king, a queen, and a twin that can be converted to a king. Both the Main House and Carriage House are also outfitted with a private bar.  

 

Oceana is generously arrayed with amenities for spending time under the Jamaican sun including a zero-entry infinity pool which is one of the largest at the Club, a hot tub designed to connect sea and sky through tones of azure, and a second pool near the side of the house. In-water sunbeds line the outskirts of the main pool in the wading area, which elegantly flows into a deeper portion of the infinity pool that overlooks the stunning skyline. For indoor/outdoor wellness, the property boasts a well-equipped Echelon gym.  

 

Additionally, the villa comes with 4 golf carts for easy access around the property, such as a short 3-minute golf cart ride to the tennis and pickleball center, gym, Tryall Market, games room, massage center, Kids’ Club, and library. Love & Livity

 

The name of the home is an ode to the island’s Reggae Super Star, Bob Marley, who introduced the world to Livity – the belief that a righteous energy flows through all people. Impeccably appointed, this five-bedroom villa tastefully juxtaposes light, modern décor with the warmth of the island.  

 

Perched above tropical foliage on Copperwood Ridge, the villa’s wide-open living area and attached dining area are bathed in natural light through a wall of floor-to-ceiling windows and glass doors. Guests have the luxury to step-out and access an expansive wraparound and roof-topped balcony, one of several outdoor areas generously furnished for lounging in comfort among fresh tropical breezes. Each of the five bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms – three on the upper level, including the Master Bedroom, and two on the lower level – are designed with plush furnishings and also offer access to the outdoors. Additionally, on the upper level there is a sitting room, a game room downstairs with a pool table for pick-up tournaments and a cushy sofa for spectator seating.
