With nearly three decades of experience in the travel industry, Dubart brings extensive expertise and a strong track record of success. Most recently, she served as director of sales at Oceania Cruises, where she led regional strategy, developed key advisor relationships, and increased year-over-year sales by 12 percent while consistently exceeding quarterly targets. Prior to that, she spent nearly two decades with Celebrity Cruises as a field sales manager for the Western region, earning multiple top performance honors including Sales Manager of the Year and the President’s Challenge Award. Her career also includes leadership roles with Hawaiian Airlines and America West Airlines, where she drove revenue growth, expanded market presence, and built high-performing travel partner networks. Known for her consultative sales approach and strategic mindset, Dubart is well-positioned to cultivate strong relationships with West Coast travel advisors and further accelerate Riviera’s growth in North America.
Dubart joins Riviera Travel’s expanding regional sales team at a time of strong brand momentum in the U.S. market. The company recently opened sales for its 2027 festive itineraries and Riviera Reflection departures, announced Mekong River itinerary dates for 2028, and will debut Riviera Resplendence on the Rhine River this summer.
