Revelex Celebrates 27 Years of Travel Technology Innovation with Launch of Revy AI and 3D Cruise Deck Viewer

New Tools Streamline Travel Advisors’ Booking Capabilities with Conversational Cruise Search and Interactive Ship Visualization

Boca Raton, Fla. – (November 3, 2026) – Revelex, an enterprise travel technology company with a 27-year legacy of innovation in travel booking, today announced the launch of Revy AI and a highly interactive 3D cruise deck viewer. Revy – an AI-powered travel companion designed to simplify cruise discovery and booking – will offer a groundbreaking level of support to travel advisors. The new 3D Cruise Deck Viewer is designed to help both advisors and their clients as they navigate the often complex cruise booking process, allowing them unprecedented access to virtually explore cruise ship layouts, visualizing the location of staterooms and cruise ship amenities to make more informed decisions.

“As we celebrate our 27th anniversary this month, we’re reminded that longevity in travel technology comes from continually finding better ways to serve an industry that never stands still,” said David Goodis, founder, chairman, president and CEO of Revelex. “Revy AI and our 3D Cruise Deck Viewer exemplify our core philosophy, bringing a new level of navigation and interactivity to the cruise booking process.”

Revy AI

Designed to support both business-to-consumer (B2C) and business-to-business (B2B) experiences, Revy AI works alongside travel advisors and other travel professionals within Revelex’s PowerAgent 5 platform.  The conversational tool is designed to complement their work by simplifying searches, providing contextual guidance and helping identify relevant options for clients. Through Revy AI’s chat-based interface, users can describe their travel preferences in everyday language, access relevant real-time information and explore available sailings without manually completing multiple search fields.

Revy AI’s capabilities include:

  • Conversational cruise search: Users can describe preferences such as destination, departure date and budget to identify relevant sailings, then refine results based on price, dates and cruise line.
  • Contextual booking assistance: Revy AI helps users navigate cruise categories, subcategories, rate codes and other booking requirements, providing guidance throughout the reservation process.
  • Agency-specific intelligence: Revy AI can incorporate real-time information, including business rules, operational practices, payment procedures, company information, business needs and target customer profiles. This enables the companion to tailor its assistance to how an agency operates and the travelers it serves.
  • Integrated B2B and B2C capabilities: Embedded within PowerAgent 5, Revy AI supports Revelex’s business-to-business booking environment while extending AI-powered assistance into the consumer-facing experience.

“We developed Revy AI to make cruise booking more intuitive by bringing smarter, more personalized assistance into the booking process,” said Marco Gomez Van Houten, director of digital experience at Revelex. “By making it easier to explore cruise options, navigate booking details and visualize onboard accommodations, we’re helping travel advisors turn initial interest into confident decisions while creating a more seamless experience from search to booking.”

Revelex plans to expand Revy AI’s capabilities beyond its initial focus on ocean cruising, with river cruising up next. Future development is expected to extend the tool to hotels and additional travel products, including guided vacations, air travel and vacation packages.

3D Cruise Deck Viewer

Revelex’s new 3D Cruise Deck Viewer transforms traditional ship deck plans into interactive, three-dimensional representations, allowing users to explore ship layouts, view individual staterooms and compare cabin categories and cruise line offerings. Designed to streamline the presentation process, the technology reduces the need for extensive manual work to create ship and stateroom visualizations for clients. Paired with Revy AI’s conversational assistance, the 3D viewer provides a more interactive cruise planning experience, giving advisors another tool to guide clients throughout the booking journey.

As Revelex continues to evolve its travel technology offerings, the launch of Revy AI and the 3D Cruise Deck Viewer builds on the company’s already established booking platform and connectivity with more than 60 cruise lines, with additional integrations in development. By equipping travel professionals with more advanced search and visualization tools, Revelex continues to broaden the resources available to advisors as they navigate the increasingly technology-driven travel landscape.

“At Revelex, we’ve always believed that technology should make selling travel and planning vacations simpler, said Goodis. “The launch of these two new products are yet another step toward that goal and we are excited about their potential to revolutionize the cruise booking experience.”
