With over 30 years in the travel industry, Concepcion joins OutsideAgents.com with a wealth of knowledge complemented by a history of success in the travel industry.
Concepcion will focus on enhancing strategic partnerships and alliances, paving the way for new growth opportunities and reinforcing the Outside Agents member network. Additionally, she will concentrate on fostering collaboration and leveraging resources to accelerate growth for both advisors and partners, all with the ultimate goal of boosting overall sales performance.
Most recently, Concepcion served as Senior Director, Sales at The Vacation Group, a full-service travel agency within the Internova Travel Group portfolio, where she led in-house advisor teams specializing in premium and luxury travel experiences. Concepcion played a pivotal role in advancing business growth, strengthening supplier relationships, and elevating the advisor value proposition. Prior to The Vacation Group, Concepcion held other key positions at Internova Travel Group.
