So Your Phone Rang (SYPR) is the latest paradigm shift for OutsideAgents.com‘s learning and development team. It is a different type of training for OutsideAgents.com, which previously chose to forgo giving specific instructions on running a travel business and focusing on business theory. Chad Burt, Co-Owner of OutsideAgents.com, identified a need to draw a line in the sand and said, “We know there are lots of ways to run a successful travel agency, but we wanted to create something that felt conversational and direct. What would we tell someone if they sat down across from us and asked, ‘How do I run my business?’ From that SYPR was born.”
