Megan Wollak Named Senior Vice President, Member Services at Travel Leaders Network

Wollak has worked at Travel Leaders and its Predecessors for Over 20 Years

 

NEW YORK (February 2, 2026) – Travel Leaders Network has appointed Megan Wollak to the newly created position of Senior Vice President, Member Services. This role will serve on the President’s Management Team and oversee they key functions that define how members interact with the Network.

 

Wollak’s 21-year tenure at Travel Leaders and its predecessor companies spans a gamut of progressive responsibility across a wide portfolio of areas. Starting with Cruise Holidays and moving through marketing for Travel Leaders’ franchisors, Wollak has now spent the last several years as a leader in the Partner Relations team, helping shape strategy for how the Network supports its partners in their relationship with members.

 

In her new role, she will be responsible for strategy surrounding member-facing products, programs, tools and services across the U.S. and Canada. She will focus on strengthening the value of affiliating with Travel Leaders Network, increasing engagement with Travel Leaders and Internova programs, improving agency productivity and profitability and developing new initiatives that respond to the evolving needs of members. Wollak will work closely across internal teams to ensure alignment and be the authority on overall member experience.

Wollak will begin her new duties on February 2, 2026. She is based in the Minneapolis area with her family.
