KHM Travel Group Named 2017 Outstanding Partner at Carnival Excellence Awards

At their Excellence Awards held in Vail, Colorado, August 16-18, Carnival Cruise Line honored KHM Travel Group with the 2017 Outstanding Travel Partner — Host Agency Network award.

Carnival’s Excellence Awards recognize top partners each year in the Travel Agency and Charter Meetings and Incentive categories that differentiate themselves in unique ways. There are 12 winners in 2017.

 

The award categories recognize the diversity of agencies the line works with by honoring specialties including retail, online, charter, incentive, host, franchise and regional performance excellence.

 

“It’s always difficult to choose just 12 award recipients given the breadth of talent, dedication, and innovation we see from the travel agent community,” said Carnival’s Vice President of Sales & Trade Marketing Adolfo Perez in the press release. “It’s a true honor to bring these award winners together and to celebrate their success as market leaders.”

A Carnival sales leadership panel, let by Perez, evaluated numerous submissions from the sales team to select Excellence Awards recipients based on the nominees’ strengths.

 

According to the press release from Carnival, KHM Travel Group was nominated in the Host Agency Network category for our innovative marketing techniques, brand advocacy and sales success strategies.

The Carnival team of Mike Julius, U.S. Director of Field Sales; Justin French, Regional Vice President, Canada and Northern US; and Chris Schutz, Business Development Manager gathered at KHM Travel’s Destination Success live event in July to celebrate our award.
