Elevating the Luxury Advisor Experience

Bronwyn McKindley joins Global Travel Collection as Vice President, Advisor Success – Leisure. In this role, she will focus on advancing advisor success across GTC’s luxury leisure portfolio, strengthening strategic partner relationships, enhancing service delivery and supporting consistent, high-quality experiences for advisors serving luxury leisure, corporate and entertainment clients.

McKindley brings nearly 30 years of executive leadership experience across luxury river cruising, tour operations, airline consolidators and wholesale travel organizations. Strengthening Corporate Advisor Strategy and Growth

Pam Palay has been promoted to Vice President, Advisor Success and Business Travel for Global Travel Collection, following her tenure as Advisor Success Director. In her expanded role, she will lead the corporate travel strategy for GTC’s independent contractors, driving advisor growth, engagement and retention across the Corporate segment.

Palay will oversee regional leadership teams supporting corporate advisors, develop strategic growth plans, enhance account management and consulting structures, and strengthen advisor engagement through community development, events and training. With a strong background in advisor support, business development and operational leadership, she is recognized for building collaborative partnerships and scalable frameworks that elevate performance and deliver measurable business results.

Expanding GTC’s Leadership in Entertainment Travel
