Emerging Travel Group integrates with InnGenius PMS

August 14, 2025 – Emerging Travel Group (ETG), a global travel company operating the RateHawk, ZenHotels, and Roundtrip brands, has become a distribution partner of InnGenius PMS, an all-in-one property management software. The collaboration includes integration with InnGenius PMS Channel Manager. The tool is used by accommodation providers worldwide, including properties in Turkey, the United States, and Southeast Asian countries such as Cambodia, Thailand, and Indonesia, to streamline connectivity and distribution processes.

This enhanced connectivity option allows them to seamlessly access ETG’s broad and diversified customer base, which includes 20 million guests monthly and more than 20,000 corporate clients worldwide. On top of that, Emerging Travel Group also gives accommodation providers access to the award-winning B2B platform RateHawk, which secures the distribution to more than 100,000 travel professionals, retail travel agents, and API partners across 190 source markets.

Property owners connecting to the Emerging Travel Group via InnGenius PMS Channel Manager can manage inventory, availability, rates, and promotions from a single point of distribution, automating operations and minimizing manual work, and avoiding the risk of overbookings.

Simone Large, Emerging Travel Group’s Head of Direct Supply, commented: “A key focus for ETG is growing its direct supply inventory in regions that are in high demand among both leisure and business travelers, such as Turkey, the United States, Thailand, and Indonesia. Given InnGenius presence in these markets, this partnership opens up more opportunities for our company and allows us to collaborate with more accommodation providers, giving them greater global reach through ETG’s broad distribution network. Over 37,000 bookings are made across the Group’s platforms daily, with a particularly high share of high-value bookings made by our B2B partners. The integration with InnGenius PMS further expands the variety of options we offer accommodation providers, giving them more flexibility in how they manage their business.

Emerging Travel Group provides its customers and partners with access to more than 2.7 million accommodation options available through direct connections and more than 320 suppliers. Since 2023, the company has been scaling its direct supply strategy. As of August 2025, the number of directly connected accommodations has reached 220,000 listings, which is a year-over-year increase of 40%. In 2024, Emerging Travel Group achieved a gross transaction value of $3.7 billion.
