Crystal Cruises’ ships earned gold, along with Crystal’s recently launched new website. The ships have continued to dazzle discerning global travelers since their dramatic redesigns in 2017 and 2018, offering more butler-serviced penthouse accommodations, new dining experiences and streamlined technology throughout the ships, while the website was completely reimagined to encompass the company’s philosophy of numerous choices and an anticipatory, intuitive experience.
Also winning gold was a promotional video spotlighting the aspirational Crystal Yachting Lifestyle, complete with Michelin-inspired cuisine and a bevy of active pursuits at guests’ fingertips.
