Cruise Planners Named “Most Innovative Franchises” and “Top Franchises for Veterans” by Franchise Business Review

CORAL SPRINGS, Fla. – Oct. 25, 2022 – Every year at their annual convention, Cruise Planners unveils a host of exciting new initiatives and fittingly, Franchise Business Review just named the leading home-based travel franchise company as one of the “Most Innovative Franchises” of 2022! In addition, Cruise Planners was also named “Top Franchises for Veterans”, a recognition the company has held since 2019. These awards join the multitude of other accolades that FBR has recognized Cruise Planners with including:

To identify the companies on the list of this year’s Most Innovative Franchises, Franchise Business Review analyzed 18 months’ worth of data from over 30,000 franchisees representing more than 300 brands. Franchise owners were asked about their brand’s innovation and creativity as well as their trust in the franchisor, overall satisfaction with the brand, and likelihood to recommend it to others.

“We value being at the forefront when it comes to marketing and technology, and to be recognized by our franchisees that they see that commitment is gratifying,” said Michelle Fee, CEO and founder of Cruise Planners. “We also couldn’t be prouder to be recognized as one of the “Top Franchises for Veterans” and can’t wait to share what we have in store to help advisors streamline and grow their business at this year’s convention which falls on Veteran’s Day.”

As part of the CPCares program, Cruise Planners is also committed to fundraising for the Miami VA Fisher House at their annual convention in November. Miami VA Fisher House is the local chapter of the Fisher House Foundation, whose mission is to build comfort homes where military & veteran families can stay free of charge, while a loved one is in the hospital.

Franchise Business Review, a research firm that performs independent surveys of franchisee satisfaction, provides the only ratings of franchises based solely on actual franchisee satisfaction and performance.

“Innovation takes a lot more than just having creative ideas and solutions. It also takes execution,” said Eric Stites, founder and CEO of Franchise Business Review. “Each of the companies on our list of the Most Innovative Franchises has developed and implemented products, processes, or services that enable and sustain growth and long-term relevancy. We are proud to recognize the franchises that prioritize and value innovation to support their franchisees’ success and the long-term resiliency of the brand.”
