Audley Travel expands trade support team to boost advisor support
Following significant growth in its trade business, tailormade tour operator Audley Travel has expanded support for its Trade & Partnerships team with four dedicated Inside Sales Representatives.
The new structure is designed to deliver a more streamlined path from inquiry to booking, improve turnaround times, enable more personalized collaboration, and drive faster conversion for advisors as demand for bespoke, experience-led travel continues to rise.
Each Inside Sales Representative has been paired with one of Audley’s four Regional Sales Directors:
A seamless extension of Audley’s field sales team
While the Regional Sales Directors will remain the primary contact for travel advisors (continuing to lead training, business development, and strategic account support), each Inside Sales Representative will act as a dedicated resource for advisor-submitted inquiries within their region, providing support including:
