Travel Agent news for Airline Reporting and Airline booking
ARLINGTON, Va. – June 13, 2018 – Airlines Reporting Corporation (ARC) Vice President and Chief Information Services Officer Dickie Oliver will join other CIOs and industry leaders for the Center for Digital Strategies’Roundtable on Digital Strategies taking place tomorrow, June 14, at ARC’s headquarters in Arlington, Va. The group, stewarded by the center at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, will discuss decision-making with regard to artificial intelligence (AI) and data.
ARC’s Vice President of Product Doug Mangold and Managing Director of Data Science and Research Chuck Thackston will also participate. The group will consider how data is changing business and specific use cases for AI. Roundtable participants will also examine ways to enhance customer experiences and add value with data.
The roundtable will feature discussion on approaches to data governance, regulation and the responsible, ethical use of data. The group will also discuss on the challenges of driving change in management practices to be more data-driven.
Oliver has been a member of the CIO Roundtable group for the past eight years. The group convenes quarterly to discuss various topics about the role of digital and information technology in meeting business challenges.
