WorldVia Travel Network Announces Full Programming Lineup for Annual WORLD26 Conference
ATLANTA — WorldVia Travel Network has announced the full programming lineup for WORLD26, its flagship travel advisor conference. The event will take place September 22–26, 2026, at AVA Resort Cancún in Cancún, Mexico, bringing together hundreds of travel advisors, agency owners, supplier partners, and industry leaders for an immersive week of practical education, innovation, and strategic relationship-building.
WORLD26 kicks off on Tuesday, September 22, with attendee arrivals and the Purple Party welcome reception on the AVA Terrace—cocktails, heavy hors d’oeuvres, and networking with the Caribbean sunset as a backdrop. Wednesday through Friday, the main program blends general sessions, targeted breakout rounds, workshops, hands-on App Labs, and a supplier EXPO. The week closes with the Questy Awards Gala on Friday evening.
“We hear it year after year—our team-led education is what keeps our advisor members coming back to WORLD,” said Erica Scannelli, WorldVia Travel Network’s Director of Member Development. “We are deliberately thoughtful and intentional in designing the WORLD educational program around our advisors’ needs, and we can’t wait for them to see what we have in store this year.”
The WORLD26 educational program is organized around clearly defined tracks aligned with advisors’ stages of growth—New, Growing, Established, and Crown/Diamond Agency Owners—as well as by core focus areas including Business Growth, Marketing, Booking, Products & Partners, and Technology Tools. This structure makes it easy for attendees to navigate the agenda and select sessions that match where they are in their businesses.
Throughout the week, WORLD attendees will have structured opportunities to meet with nearly 70 supplier partners, connect with peers at different stages of their business journey, and explore the full ecosystem of tools and support available through WorldVia Travel Network in sessions led by team members. The program in total is all centered around the framework of WorldVia Academy, WorldVia Travel Network’s education hub that offers a smarter and convenient avenue for continued advisor expertise and business success.
Established advisors and multi-advisor agency owners will find advanced content built for scalable leadership. “Built to Last: Leading the Agency You Actually Want” and “The Founder-to-CEO Transition,” a peer panel for the same audience, help leaders move from being the primary producer in their business to building teams and systems that can grow beyond their own capacity.
Growing advisors will have access to sessions focused on visibility and sustainable lead generation. “Own Your ZIP Code: How Advisors Are Growing Locally Without Relying on Social Media” highlights real-world examples of community-driven marketing through local partnerships and relationship-first outreach. “Words That Sell: Using the Power of Story to Market Your Business” draws on journalistic storytelling frameworks to help advisors create content that connects and converts.
Elsewhere, “The Follow-Up Formula: Turning ‘Let Me Think About It’ Into Bookings” gives growing advisors a repeatable system for moving clients from consideration to commitment—without feeling pushy or sales-driven.
Meanwhile, new advisors will tap into foundational programming built for the realities of starting from the ground up. “Zero to Booked: How Real Advisors Built Profitable Agencies from Scratch” offers a candid peer panel focused on the right moves in the right order. “All-Inclusive Mastery: Turning Beach Requests into Profitable Bookings” shows newer advisors how to turn common client requests into repeatable revenue, while “Cruise Mastery: A Repeatable System for Qualifying, Matching, and Rebooking Cruise Clients” gives new advisors a structured approach to one of travel’s most scalable segments.
In addition to WorldVia Travel Network-led breakouts, multiple rounds of Partner Breakout Sessions will give advisors direct access to preferred supplier partners across cruise, tour, all-inclusive, and specialty travel. These sessions highlight product differentiation, ideal client profiles, and selling strategies designed to increase booking value and build stronger supplier relationships.
Responding to strong demand from WORLD25 attendees, WORLD26 also significantly expands its workshop lineup. These 45-minute application-focused sessions are designed for advisors who want to implement in real time rather than just take notes. These sessions range from email marketing sequencing and streamlining the client sales process to social media best practices and more.
What’s more, a defining feature of WORLD26 is an expanded App Lab experience—laptop-open working sessions where advisors log into WorldVia Travel Network’s proprietary platforms alongside product experts and peers. Each App Lab is designed so advisors leave with live, functional assets they can continue building on after the conference.
To ensure the ideas and systems shared throughout WORLD26 translate into meaningful action, the conference closes with level-specific Capstone sessions. New advisors will build a focused 90-day action plan before they leave. Growing advisors will identify what to prioritize, delegate, or systematize—narrowing their focus to the one or two initiatives most likely to drive measurable growth.
Established advisors will evaluate every conference takeaway against filters of profitability, scalability, and operational fit. Crown and Diamond agency owners will have exclusive capstones centered on margin protection, team development, and executive leadership focus. Across all levels, the goal is the same: replace post-conference stall with a clear plan for what comes next.
“We want to make sure there’s something for everyone,” said Scannelli. “We recognize that a one-size-fits-all approach doesn’t serve all our advisors equally, and we want to meet our advisor attendees where they are. WORLD26 is structured accordingly around these ideas.”
On Friday evening, September 25, WORLD26 will host the Questy Awards Gala, the network’s annual celebration of standout advisors, agencies, and supplier partners. The evening includes a welcome reception, seated gala dinner, awards presentation, and afterparty—recognizing excellence in sales growth, client experience, innovation, and leadership. Both the afterparty and the Purple Party are presented by AIC Hotel Group, which counts AVA Resort Cancun as part of its portfolio.
“WORLD has gotten bigger and bigger every year, and this year is no different,” said Scannelli. “We’re excited to be in a new country at a great location supported by AIC and dozens of our partners, and we know that the program we’ve designed for our attendees is going to help kickstart their next round of business success.”
Registration for WORLD26 is open to WorldVia Travel Network members, with options available for individual advisors, agency owners, and preferred supplier partners. With an expanded slate of breakouts, workshops, App Labs, and capstones, demand is expected to be strong and capacity limited.
