MIAMI, FL, December 18, 2025 – Windstar Cruises is launching what is positioned to be the richest Wave Season offer in the company’s history, designed specifically to help travel advisors drive conversions and close more sales for 2026 and beyond. The new Wave Season promotion, “Beyond Inclusive,” is available December 17, 2025 – March 31, 2026, for select voyages departing through March 31, 2027.

For a limited time, advisors can offer clients unprecedented value, including:

  • A complimentary all-inclusive upgrade (select complimentary drinks, Wi-Fi, and gratuities; value up to $99 per guest per night)
  • A free pre-cruise hotel night (where available)
  • Hotel-to-yacht transfer
  • Up to $1,000 onboard credit per guest

No promo code is required; the offer loads automatically when viewing eligible sailings.

A Message to Advisors

“Advisors are core to Windstar’s success, and this Wave offer was built with them in mind,” said Janet Bava, chief commercial officer for Windstar Cruises. “We know clients are looking for value, and this is one of the strongest value-driven promotions we’ve ever created. It gives advisors a powerful tool to close sales quickly and confidently, especially for guests considering small-ship luxury for the first time.”

Windstar’s small-ship experience, with just 148 to 342 guests, already appeals to travelers seeking personalized luxury, spacious decks, and destination-focused itineraries. Windstar is known for offering extraordinary value year-round, combined with the personalized, unhurried feeling of being on a private yacht – recently earning recognition as the Best Value in Luxury Cruising by Cruise Critic.

This year’s Wave offer further strengthens advisors’ ability to convert interest into bookings by stacking some of the richest incentives Windstar has ever offered: a complimentary all-inclusive upgrade, added pre-cruise benefits including a hotel night and transfer, generous onboard credit that encourages premium experiences, and a long booking window across hundreds of departures globally – a compelling, value-driven proposition that reduces price resistance and supports higher close rates.

Key Regions Included:

The offer applies to many of Windstar’s top-selling itineraries, including:

  • Europe: Windstar sails the region year-round, including Local Season Mediterranean voyages — late fall, winter and early spring — when iconic ports are quieter and less crowded
  • Tahiti: With nearly 40 years of experience sailing in the destination, Windstar’s Tahiti cruises connect guests to the cultural heart of the region through exclusive experiences ashore and aboard
  • Costa Rica and the Panama Canal: This signature itinerary combines rainforests, wildlife and a daylight transit of the Panama Canal at nearly eye level
  • Southeast Asia: Intimate itineraries from Bangkok to Halong Bay highlight a region where Windstar continues to expand its presence
  • Caribbean and Latin America: Guests can explore islands and coastlines on sailings that feel like private charters

Windstar offers two distinct ways to sail: the Wind Class sailing yachts and the Star Class all-suite motor yachts. Even more choice is on the horizon with the arrival of two new Star Class ships. Star Seeker debuts on December 28, 2025, followed by Star Explorer on December 28, 2026. Both vessels introduce new suite categories and a modern design that further support premium-level sales opportunities for advisors.
