VacationPort and TAS Bring Supplier Content Into the Travel Advisor Workflow
BEAVERTON, Ore., September 2026 – VacationPort and TAS (Travel Agent Suite) have formed a strategic integration that will bring VacationPort’s extensive travel content and upwards of 30,000 supplier offers directly into the new TAS platform, expanding the ways travel advisors can research, present and manage travel for their clients.
TAS-VacationPort webinars are being offered on Oct. 15 and Nov. 19, 2026. Registration is available at www.vacationport.com/Page/Webinars
“VacationPort works with technology partners throughout the travel ecosystem, and TAS gives us another important way to put supplier content in front of travel advisors where they are already working,” said Joe Maloney, president of VacationPort. “The integration makes it easier for advisors to find relevant travel options, share them with clients and move the conversation toward a sale while keeping the advisor at the center of the relationship.”
Within TAS, that content becomes part of a broader advisor workspace. TAS is designed to help advisors plan trips, maintain client information, manage bookings and payment schedules, build itineraries and track commissions. For agencies and host agencies, TAS also includes commission-management, reconciliation, reporting and advisor-management capabilities.
The TAS integration brings together two complementary capabilities: VacationPort provides travel content, supplier offers and digital resources, while TAS provides the business tools surrounding the advisor’s work. The integration gives TAS users access to VacationPort content within the TAS environment as part of the companies’ integration. VacationPort’s customizable consumer websites and digital marketing solutions also remain available separately for advisors and agencies seeking a broader digital presence.
“The benefit is really about reducing friction in an advisor’s day,” said Darla Graber, co-founder and president of ClientEase. “If the travel content advisors need is already available inside the environment where they are working with clients and managing trips, there are fewer steps between finding an opportunity and turning it into a booking. That gives advisors more time to focus on clients and selling travel.”
The integration also expands exposure for participating travel suppliers. Supplier offers and content distributed through VacationPort can gain greater visibility among advisors working within TAS and, where appropriate, among their clients. The consumer relationship and call to action remain with the travel advisor, helping suppliers extend their reach without bypassing the professional who manages the booking.
For TAS, the VacationPort relationship strengthens the content available to users as the platform enters the market. Instead of requiring advisors to begin every search outside their business-management environment, VacationPort content can be incorporated into the work they are already doing with the traveler.
For VacationPort, the TAS integration represents another way to distribute supplier content through the technology advisors choose to use. That approach reflects VacationPort’s broader role in the travel technology ecosystem: connecting supplier content with advisors and their clients across a variety of platforms and digital channels.
Together, the companies aim to make the path between travel inspiration and advisor action shorter and easier — giving advisors ready access to more travel content while allowing them to spend less time searching across systems and more time developing client relationships and selling travel.
