Trisept Solutions Releases Xcelerator 1.1

 

New release continues to deliver enhancements to drive agent productivity

 

 

MILWAUKEE (August 29, 2017) – Trisept Solutions, the leading travel technology company propelling travel agents’ business, has released Xcelerator 1.1. Xcelerator is the modern agency operating suite that fuels agents’ success so they will better know their customers, easily manage their suppliers and be more productive.

 

Xcelerator 1.1 includes several major design improvements, usability enhancements and new features to simplify an agent’s workflow. This is the fifth release of Xcelerator functionality this year as Trisept continues their plan to improve the product.

 

New key features of Xcelerator 1.1 are:

  • Reservation Confirmation PDF import functionality that automatically creates trip details and supplier commission tracking from PDF confirmations from Carnival Cruise Lines, Celebrity Cruises, Globus, Norwegian Cruise Line and Royal Caribbean Cruises. Fifteen additional suppliers’ confirmations will be added by the end of 2017.
  • New workflow for more efficient customer management
  • Improved usability for daily tasks, to-dos and agent productivity

 

“We’ve received a lot of feedback on the features agents need in Xcelerator and we continue to add functions that they want,” said John Ische, president of Trisept Solutions. “Xcelerator is catching momentum in the marketplace and we’re continuing to invest to make agents more productive. Look for more enhancements rolling out later this year.”

 

Debbie Woodman of D&D Woodman Travel Services has already seen the positive impact Xcelerator can have on an agent’s work. “The enhancements are amazing – cruises were now downloaded automatically from the PDF I had already saved on my computer. Xcelerator is now my go-to first thing in the morning to see who has final payments due and what docs need to be delivered today. I am excited about things to come in the future,” Woodman said.
