TripWorks Raises Series A Funding to Accelerate AI- and BI-Powered Growth for Tours and Activities Operators

New York, NY — January 27, 2026 — TripWorks, the AI- and business intelligence-driven booking and automation platform for tours, activities, and attractions operators, today announced it has raised Series A funding led by Spring Mountain Capital.

This new capital will enable TripWorks to expand its AI and business intelligence (BI) capabilities, deepen its analytics engine, and support its rapidly growing global customer base.

“This investment fast-tracks our mission to redefine what’s possible for experienced operators through AI, business intelligence, and automation,” said Aaron Fessler, TripWorks Founder and CEO. “TripWorks has always led by building the technology we wished existed when we were enterprise operators ourselves. Operators deserve technology above and beyond traditional reservation software. They deserve predictive insights, smarter pricing tools, and automated systems that drive growth and revenue without growing their workload. That is the future we’ve long envisioned at TripWorks, and, with this funding, we’re pushing that future into the present.”

Industry data shows that roughly half of operators are dissatisfied with their current booking platforms, and 20% see upgrading as a top priority. AI adoption is accelerating, as it’s increasingly seen as essential for efficiency, profitability, and competitiveness. It may even be a bright light amid the dissatisfaction: 94% of operators who use it report positive results.

TripWorks is at the forefront of a rapidly evolving industry and has emerged as a next-generation alternative to legacy booking solutions. Its platform embeds AI and BI across the full operational workflow, enabling operators to improve revenue performance, streamline operations, and make data-driven decisions through features such as:

  • Deep business intelligence-guided pricing recommendations
  • Predictive demand and occupancy forecasting
  • Real-time abandoned cart monitoring and recovery
  • Automated customer messaging and content generation
  • OTA channel management and integrations
  • Advanced business intelligence dashboards
  • Mobile-first booking experiences

“TripWorks is at the forefront of innovation, applying practical AI to the moments that actually move the needle for large operators,” said Gary Millin, President of World Media Group, a long-term investor in high-growth, transformative platforms. “The platform strengthens the booking journey end to end, from discovery through conversion, improving pricing, forecasting, and day-to-day operations. The result is faster and more profitable growth for operators worldwide.”

TripWorks currently powers thousands of daily bookings for operators worldwide across tours, adventure activities, attractions, entertainment venues, educational experiences, and more.

“With TripWorks, we see a platform that combines strong operator DNA with forward-looking technology,” said Greg Ho, President of Spring Mountain Capital. “The company is well positioned to be a category leader as AI and BI become core infrastructure for experience-based businesses.”

The Series A funding will be used to:

  • Expand AI-driven pricing and revenue optimization tools
  • Enhance global OTA and marketplace integrations
  • Advance business intelligence and real-time analytics
  • Grow product, engineering, and customer success teams
  • Support expansion into new markets

“This is a pivotal moment not just for TripWorks, but for the industry,” added Fessler. “AI is no longer optional. We’re building systems that will be essential infrastructure for operators, and TripWorks is committed to leading the industry into this new era.”
