Travelsoft Announces the Acquisition of .BOSYS Software GmbH

By acquiring .BOSYS, Travelsoft reinforces its presence in the German and Austrian travel market and expands its mid- and back-office software capabilities for travel distribution networks.

 

Paris and Hamburg, January 8, 2026 – Travelsoft, leading global technology provider for the travel industry, announces the acquisition of .BOSYS Software GmbH, a German travel technology software editor specializing in CRM, mid-office and back-office solutions for travel distribution organizations and touristic call-centers. 

 

This news follows Travelsoft recently acquiring airQuest and now takes the number of companies in the group to 12, including airQuest, Atcore, .BOSYS, Eventiz, Orchestra, Tigerbay, Traffics, Travel Compositor, Travel Connection Technology, Travelgate, Travelsoft Pay, Travelsoft Services. 

 

With this acquisition, the Travelsoft group further strengthens its position as one of the world’s most comprehensive travel technology ecosystems. Now powering €50B+ in annual bookings, handling 80M+ passengers per year, and supported by a team of 700+ travel-technology experts.

 

  • Travelsoft acquires 100% of .BOSYS Software GmbH, a long-established German provider of modular software solutions for travel distribution.
  • .BOSYS develops CRM, mid-office and back-office platforms supporting sales, accounting, reporting, and operational workflows for travel agencies, distribution networks and touristic call-centers.
  • The solutions are used by more than 3,000 travel agencies across Germany and Austria, including cooperations, franchise networks, and large travel organizations.
  • .BOSYS team will continue to operate with full focus on customer support, product continuity, and ongoing development.
  • .BOSYS platforms will progressively connect to Travelsoft’s ecosystem, strengthening interoperability across sourcing, distribution, and operational systems.

 

With the addition of .BOSYS, Travelsoft strengthens its coverage of the travel agency value chain, complementing its existing sourcing, packaging, and distribution platforms with robust operational and financial software used at scale in the German and Austrian market. This acquisition further accelerates Travelsoft’s expansion in Germany and Austria, building on the strong presence of traffics among travel agencies, as well as Atcore and airQuest among tour operators.
