Travelsavers and NEST Unveil Powerful Innovations Driving Advisor Sales Growth, Lead Generation, and Productivity

New Marketing Hub, Enhanced Consumer Lead Programs, Expanded Partnerships and Digital Initiatives Empower Advisors to Work Smarter and Grow Faster

SAN ANTONIO, Texas (September 25, 2026): TRAVELSAVERS and NEST are accelerating travel advisor success with a robust portfolio of new technology, marketing and lead-generation innovations to help affiliated agencies increase sales, improve efficiency and deepen client engagement.

The networks revealed their latest advancements at Travel Market 2026, held September 24 to 27 at JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort & Spa. They highlighted strategic investments that are delivering measurable business growth for affiliated agencies and reinforcing their position as industry leaders in advisor support.

“Our innovation strategy has always been laser-focused on helping advisors grow stronger, more profitable businesses while delivering exceptional value to travelers,” said Chief Marketing Officer Nicole Mazza. “For more than 56 years, we’ve developed solutions that help agencies sell more and operate more efficiently. We’re building on that legacy today with powerful new tools, expanded partnerships, and advanced marketing capabilities that give our advisors a competitive advantage now and into the future.”

Sales Momentum Continues

The networks’ investments are translating into strong sales performance, with 2026 results significantly outpacing last year:

  • FIT land sales up 7 percent

  • Guided sales up 8 percent

  • Cruise sales up 14 percent

  • River cruise sales up 14 percent

  • Hotel room nights up 8 percent

The growth follows an exceptional 2025, when network revenue increased 15 percent. Looking ahead, 2027 bookings are already showing double-digit growth across most travel segments, underscoring continued demand for advisor expertise and personalized travel experiences.

Simplifying Agency Marketing

A cornerstone of the networks’ latest innovation strategy is the new Marketing Hub, a centralized platform that makes marketing easier, faster and more effective for advisors.

Integrated within the tripXpress itinerary building platform, the intuitive dashboard brings together campaigns, promotions, social media content, training resources and marketing support. Advisors can manage email and direct-mail enrollment and preferences, organize customer data, build targeted campaigns, review performance metrics and connect directly with other network tools, eliminating the inefficiencies of navigating multiple platforms.

The Marketing Hub also gives advisors instant access to lead-generation opportunities, consumer promotions, seasonal campaigns, supplier offers, website resources and a comprehensive content library featuring ready-to-use social posts, images and templates.

“By bringing resources, insights, and execution together in one place, the Marketing Hub transforms how advisors promote their businesses,” said Tim Paul, Vice President of Marketing. “They’ll spend less time searching for materials and more time building relationships, serving clients and generating sales. The Marketing Hub provides more visibility into performance and makes it easier to plan and implement outreach with confidence and impact.”

Driving Lead Generation

TRAVELSAVERS and NEST continue to invest assertively in lead generation, enhancing how travelers connect with advisors and creating more opportunities for agency growth.

The networks have enhanced advisor search capabilities across their consumer websites: TRAVELSAVERS U.S., TRAVELSAVERS Canada, The Affluent Traveler Collection and Your Vacation Specialists for NEST advisors. Consumers can now find advisors based on two new categories – destination expertise and travel niches – creating closer matches and higher-quality leads.

Digital advertising remains a powerful engine for growth. Launched three years ago, the networks’ campaigns leverage video and social media to attract travelers seeking professional planning expertise and drive them directly to affiliated advisors. This year, the campaigns have generated nearly 18 million impressions, a fourfold increase over last year, while driving 323,000 website clicks, three times more than the previous year.

Targeted initiatives focusing on high-growth categories, including guided vacations, adventure travel, romance travel and a year-long campaign aimed at first-time cruisers, are helping advisors connect with travelers seeking expert guidance and immersive experiences.

Additional programs are also delivering exceptional results:

  • The enhanced VIP Program now offers 30 percent more departure dates and expanded traveler benefits. Advisors can access thousands of cruise sailings across 14 lines, featuring exclusive amenities such as onboard credits, prepaid gratuities and select group-rate departures, all without the complexity of managing a group.

  • OnlineXpress, the networks’ agency website solution, continues to strengthen agencies’ digital presence with polished sites that generate millions of page views and leads via millions of consumer emails. Page views have increased by 52 percent year over year, while emails have risen 33 percent.

  • Nearly 1,600 personalized Travel Clubs help advisors boost visibility, strengthen client loyalty and drive business through exclusive traveler benefits.

Enhanced Efficiency Through Technology

TRAVELSAVERS and NEST have further expanded their technology offerings through a new partnership with Tern, providing advisors with access to another innovative platform to support running and growing their businesses.

Tern will help advisors work smarter and create better client experiences. Its solution combines trip planning, client management, payments, task management and reporting. Advisors benefit from supplier integrations that eliminate manual entry of sales data, while direct connection with the Marketing Hub streamlines client engagement and business development activities.

Together with the networks’ existing partnerships with Travefy and Tres, affiliated agencies can now access advanced technologies that deliver real-time sales insights, improve operational efficiency, increase commission opportunities and reduce costs through preferred pricing. These partnerships enhance the B2B and B2C booking experiences, creating a more connected advisor ecosystem and strengthening the link between marketing activity and bookings.

Preferred Partner Expansion

To help advisors capitalize on evolving traveler demand and emerging opportunities, TRAVELSAVERS and NEST have expanded their preferred partner portfolio. It now includes more than 200 preferred suppliers, 51,000 hotel partners worldwide and 1,400 luxury hotels and resorts through The Affluent Traveler Collection.

The TRAVELSAVERS Hotel Program recently welcomed three partners:

  • Choice Hotels, expanding hotel options across destinations and budget levels, making it easier to match clients with the right hotel

  • Global Hotel Alliance, providing access to distinctive independent properties and authentic, memorable stays

  • Grupo Posadas, strengthening opportunities across leading hotel brands in sought-after Mexican destinations, in a country where affiliated advisors increased room-night bookings by 28 percent year over year

The networks now enjoy preferred relationships with all five ALG Vacations brands following the addition of Funjet Vacations, offering all-inclusive resort trips, and Blue Sky Tours, providing travel to long-haul destinations including Australia, Asia, the Middle East and the South Pacific.

The networks’ OnLocation program enhanced its partnership with Abercrombie & Kent, adding several new destination management companies. As well, Live Life Safaris brings Africa expertise to the OnLocation portfolio. Luxury tour operator Audley Travel has also become a preferred partner.

New tourist board partnerships with Visit San Antonio, Mexican Caribbean Tourism Board, Costa Rica, Gran Canaria Tourism Board, Baja California Sur and Finland provide advisors with enhanced resources and greater opportunities to capitalize on growing traveler interest in these regions.
