Travel Planners International Hosts Their 8th Annual TPI Top Producers Retreat

MAITLAND, FL, July 26, 2018 – Travel Planners International [TPI] recently celebrated their top agents at their 8thannual Top Producers Retreat aboard the Celebrity Constellation. The 7-night Mediterranean cruise sailed from Rome, Italy to Barcelona, Spain on the 17ththrough the 21stof July.

“At TPI, we believe hard work should be rewarded, so it was our pleasure to host our top producing agents for an amazing retreat,” said Ken Gagliano, President of TPI. “From both an agent and supplier standpoint, this was a huge success.”

As a giant “thank you” to the 30 plus top-selling agents, TPI paid for each agent’s cruise fare plus gave them a $500 credit for air. The only condition was they had to relax, recuperate, and recharge. They were also encouraged to connect with other agents and the nine suppliers invited onboard.

“What an incredible experience,” said Kar Mcleod, TPI agent and owner of Travel by Kar. “Not only a time to celebrate but an opportunity to meet and engage with other top producers. Thanks, TPI!”

“Celebrity Cruises could not be happier that TPI selected our brand to help host the 2018 Top Producers Retreat,” said David Meihoefer, Market Sales Manager for Celebrity Cruises. “With the beautiful Mediterranean… providing the backdrop, I was able to personally connect with so many top producers while showcasing the amazing Celebrity Constellation.”

In true TPI-fashion, agents and suppliers were spotted exploring the Mediterranean on a catamaran, partying poolside at the Hard Rock Ibiza, and cooking authentic Italian dishes (where the leftovers made their way over to a private party at the presidential suite onboard).

“The Top Producers Retreat was…an opportunity to experience an extraordinary adventure,” said Toby Byrd, TPI agent and owner of Toby’s Travel. “I learned from other agents and… returned feeling grateful… and excited to continue my own personal growth.”

The suppliers in attendance were Celebrity Cruises, Royal Caribbean, Norwegian Cruise Line, The Mark Travel Corporation, Viking Cruises, Oceania Cruises, Carnival Cruise Line, AIG Travel Guard, and Insight Vacations.

Combined, the 30 plus agents represented $35 million in sales in the last 12 months.
