Travel Leaders Network Promotes Andrea Nimmo to Vice President, Events

Twenty-year company veteran to lead global event strategy and oversee continued expansion of flagship EDGE conference

NEW YORK (May 18, 2026) – Travel Leaders Network today announced the promotion of Andrea Nimmo to Vice President, Events, effective immediately. In her new role, Nimmo will oversee the organization’s global events strategy and lead the team behind Travel Leaders Network’s conferences, member experiences and events, including its flagship EDGE conference, which will be hosted outside the United States for the first time in 2027.

Nimmo brings nearly two decades of experience across Travel Leaders Network and its predecessor organizations. Since joining the Cruise Holidays franchise in 2006, she has played a key role in developing and executing major conferences, regional meetings and member events across the organization’s portfolio of brands.

Following the transition to Vacation.com, Nimmo led the final Cruise Holidays Convention and President’s Circle event before advancing to Senior Event Planner, where she oversaw events for Travel Leaders and Results! Travel Franchise Group while supporting broader Vacation.com initiatives.

After the organization unified under the Travel Leaders Network brand in 2017, Nimmo helped launch and grow EDGE into one of the travel industry’s premier conferences and contributed to the development of several programs that remain central to the Network’s event strategy today.

“Our events are one of the most powerful ways we connect, educate and inspire our members,” said Lindsay Pearlman, President, Travel Leaders Network. “Andrea’s leadership, creativity and strategic vision have helped shape some of our most successful and impactful experiences over the years. As we continue to expand and evolve our event offerings — including taking EDGE international in 2027 — Andrea is uniquely positioned to lead this next chapter.”

As Vice President, Events, Nimmo will continue leading the evolution of Travel Leaders Network’s event strategy, with a focus on innovation, member engagement and delivering impactful experiences across the Network.
