TPI Partner of the Month: Norwegian Cruise Lines

March 1st, 2018 – Two down, 10 partners to go. For the month of March, we’re excited to announce Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL) as Travel Planners International’s (TPI) Partner of the Month. For the next five weeks, TPI Agents will have NCL front and center as we highlight them in our surround-sound approach. They’ll be featured all over our private Facebook group, our agent-only portal, TPICENTRAL, phone greetings, and any other agent-facing communication channels.

We’re excited to have NCL as our Partner of the Month because they understand that our travel agents aren’t just independent contractors – they’re part of our TPI family.

“I love that TPI and NCL both offer a family environment,” said Lisa Ertmann, NCL’s Business Development Manager, Midwest. “You [get] that feeling of ‘one big happy family’ always working towards the same goal – supporting Rockstar travel agents!”.

Recently, NCL was our first supplier to test out our new marketing initiative, Consumer Facebook Ads. For this, a supplier teams up with us to provide our TPI Agents with a client-facing Facebook ad they can boost on their business page. Our agent’s clients responded well to this initiative as we saw the largest uptick in NCL sales in months! This doesn’t come as a total surprise as our agents love NCL.

“I’ve done several groups [with NCL] and everyone I’ve dealt with has been awesome,” said Janis Black, owner of Uncork Your Dreams Travel. “They are so helpful with any questions I have had and been quick to respond.  They are my ‘go-to’ for cruise groups!”.

And the love is mutual.

“I love working with TPI agents because they’re engaged business owners,” said Lylle Lopez, NCL’s Business Development Manager. “I look forward to connecting with more individuals this year so that we can continue to have ‘AH’ moments!”.
