With a focus on harnessing cutting-edge technologies and data-driven insights, she aims to elevate TourReview as a premier platform for comprehensive reviews for tour operators.

 

Within this, Juana will oversee day-to-day operations, executing the organisation’s strategic goals with a relentless focus on enhancing operational efficiency and customer experience, ensuring that TourReview delivers unparalleled value to tour operators.

 

This news follows TourReview’s presence at Arival 360 in Berlin, where the company sponsored the first European Arival TourReview Spotlight Awards where both companies honoured tour operators based on their customers reviews with the TourReview’s unbiased software, and Juana joined the team to meet customers for the first time having only joined the company a few weeks prior.

With an exceptional career spanning over two decades, Juana brings a wealth of expertise in technology, project management, and strategic leadership to her new role.

 

Having earned her Electronics Engineer degree with a specialisation in communications from Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City, Juana has consistently demonstrated an unwavering commitment to excellence throughout her career. Additionally, Juana holds a diploma in International Commercial Arbitration from the ICC and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitration of London, showcasing her commitment to excellence in dispute resolution.

 

Juana Muro has accumulated over two decades of distinguished professional experience, initially serving over a decade as a project engineer. Subsequently, for the past ten years, Juana has excelled as a consultant, specialising in forensic schedule analysis, change orders, mediation, and providing expert testimony in international arbitration for construction claims and disruption cases, showcasing her versatile expertise in project management and legal support.
