The Montague on the Gardens hotel introduces its decorative, spacious Bedford Suite

LONDON, May 10, 2019 – London’s multi-award winning Montague on the Gardens hotel, located in the heart of Bloomsbury, has unveiled its unique new Bedford Suite with spacious living and dining space.

 

Named after the successive Dukes of Bedford who all played a part in creating Bloomsbury, the one-bedroom Bedford Suite is a beautiful celebration of the local area.

 

Guests can enter through their own private street entrance or from the hotel, to discover the spectacular Suite with a bedroom, living and dining room, two outdoor patios andtwo stunning dark blue, Caesar stone marble bathrooms.

 

The extravagant décor is what makes this suite unique, with its striking blue-and-white theme that enriches the light-filled space. Walls are hung with elegantly striped silk wallpaper and feature artwork by Spanish artist and sculptor Joan Miró andrenowned French artist Henri Matisse. Large windows frame views of evergreen trellises, while fresh flowers can be found in each room. Personalized touches of Old-time English luxury include Chinese blue and white porcelain 19th-century garden seats, a Victorian mahogany extending dining table, custom-made wing chairs and a 19th-century gilt and wood mirror molded with acanthus leaves.

 

To make room for larger parties, the Suite also interconnects with the hotel’s Guvnor’s Suite, creating a combined 3-bedroom and 3-bathroom super suite.
