Taiwan Tourism Bureau and ACTA enter into a Corporate Partnership

August 29th, 2018 – The Taiwan Tourism Bureau and the Association of Canadian Travel Agencies (ACTA) have entered into a Corporate Partnership Agreement to bring Taiwan’s history, culture, attractions and beauties to ACTA members.

Linda Lin, the Director of the Taiwan Tourism Bureau San Francisco Office stated, “We are excited about our new partnership with ACTA. We look forward to supporting ACTA members to learn more about Taiwan as a destination for their clients and introduce new resources and tools to help them sell more. It is exciting to be recognized as an ACTA Corporate Partner and supporting the trade associations initiatives with their members.”

Taiwan is a cultural hot spot with a rich history located in the “Heart of Asia.” Award-winning cuisine, historical attractions and culture, stunning scenery, and exciting festivals await the travelers to explore the island of Taiwan. This year, Taiwan is celebrating “The Year of Bay,” which celebrates its pristine coastlines and stunning outlying islands.

ACTA, with its 1,500-plus travel agency members employing over 12,000 Travel Agents will offer Taiwan Tourism Bureau opportunities to connect with our members and be recognized as a destination partner of ACTA, working together as a team within the community. ACTA and Taiwan Tourism Bureau will support each other through a mutual commitment to work in the best interest of the travel agency community.

“We would like to welcome the Taiwan Tourism Bureau to ACTA’s Corporate Partnership roster,” said Wendy Paradis, President of the association. ” Taiwan’s culture and history offer such a diversified product, we are pleased to be connecting our members with contacts, information, and resources to discover this hidden gem of Asia”.
