Richmond, Virginia, March 23, 2022 – Drivers are hitting the road to Orlando, Los Angeles and Phoenix this Spring Break, according to travel insurance and assistance provider Allianz Partners’ review of the top rental car locations for Spring Break 2022. Warm-weather and outdoor destinations fuel the spirit of windows down, open road exploration with Tampa, Las Vegas, Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, Fort Meyers, Honolulu and Denver rounding out the top 10.  

Even with gas prices topping $4 per gallon nationwide, traveling by car brings families together and makes the journey a memorable part of the overall experience. To generate this year’s list, Allianz Partners USA reviewed 30,000* rental car reservations for mid-February thru mid-April from its partners that offer Allianz Rental Car Damage Protector.
