The family-friendly hotelier kick-starts the summer season with the reveal of guests’ favorite Lighthouse Restaurant following a complete make-over

The lively Mediterranean restaurant surprised guests with brand new décor and even more elevated dining experience featuring succulent dishes and the best atmosphere for the entire family.

 

The overhaul at Lighthouse Restaurant was completed this spring, in preparation to the busy summer season at the resort. With the goal of transforming the buffet-style restaurant into a warmer Mediterranean atmosphere, Lighthouse was given a refreshed modern look & feel through various upgrades including the replacement of its lightning with warm dimmable LEDs, the addition of new modern tiled floors and the insertion of decorative wooded columns to offer guests a unique dining experience. To complement the modern fresh look, the restaurant flaunts new comfortable furniture in warm colors, the windows were replaced with clear glass and wooded blinds and additional fans were installed to offer a beachier ambience.

 

Although elements of Lighthouse have been updated, the restaurant remains loyal to its mouthwatering cuisine and Mediterranean flare with a wide variety of sea products from mixed Carpaccio to ceviche, crab molars, tiraditos, varieties of seafood cocktails, smoked fish, and more. Visitors to Lighthouse can also find traditional dishes from Spain, Italy, Greece and North Africa, including Zarzuela and Fideuà, different pastas, lasagna, Moussaka, eggplant caviar, chicken couscous with lemon, lamb couscous, beef Tajin, and much more.
