Riviera River Cruises Launching Wave Season Incentives

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – Riviera River Cruises is launching Wave Season on Jan. 1, 2021, with incentives for retail and group bookings on its European river cruises. Deals include a $500 discount on cabins and $250 gift card for travel advisors for retail bookings, and a free sixth cabin after five cabins are booked as part of a group. Both incentives apply to new bookings made between Jan. 1 and Jan. 15. To find out more information about Riviera River Cruises, call 888-838-8820 or visit https://www.rivierarivercruises.com.

“Wave Season is when you’ll find some of the best deals on our European river cruises, and this year we’re offering incentives for both retail and group bookings that can benefit travelers and travel advisors,” said Marilyn Conroy, Riviera River Cruises’ Executive Vice President Sales and Marketing North America. “At Riviera, we’re always supportive of the travel agency community, working exclusively with advisors 100 percent of the time. As you look to book 2021 or 2022 cruises for your clients, we hope you’ll think of us first.”

The incentives include:

Retail: Cabins on cruises of eight days or more will be discounted $500 with the travel advisor receiving a $250 gift card per cabin booked. Cabins on solo cruises of eight days or more will be discounted $250 with the travel advisor receiving a $100 gift card per cabin booked. This incentive can be combined with other discounts of up to $2,500 per cabin. Booking must be made and deposited between Jan. 1 and Jan 15.

Groups: Receive a free sixth cabin for a tour conductor after five cabins are booked as part of a group. Group booking must be made with contract issued between Jan. 1 and Jan. 15; deposit allowed up to eight weeks after taking out the group block. This group incentive can’t be combined with the additional $500 retail discount and isn’t available for solo cruises or cabins with no single supplement.

Riviera River Cruises offers 20 itineraries on 10 rivers and waterways, including dedicated departures for solo travelers with no single supplement. Its fleet of 12 ships is one of the youngest in Europe, with no ships older than six years. Riviera’s cruises include spacious cabins and suites, fine culinary experiences from sumptuous breakfasts to four-course dinners featuring international classics and regional specialties, and expert-led excursions to classic sights and lesser-known places.

Riviera guarantees exceptional value, promising never to add hidden surcharges or fees. Riviera also doesn’t automatically include gratuities or drinks, so the choice is up to guests.
