Reclaim Expands Luggage Management Network with Addition of voco The Darwin in Atlanta’s Popular Midtown

Luggage Handling ‘Beyond the Bell Desk’ Reduces Friction for both Travelers and Hotel Properties

Atlanta, February 25th, 2026 – reclaim, the recently launched premium luggage management network, continues its US expansion adding service for voco The Darwin Atlanta Midtown hotel, an IHG branded property. Guests and travelers will now have a lighter travel experience between the hotel and Atlanta’s Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport with on-demand luggage handling. Additionally, by implementing reclaim’s luggage management platform the property will reduce baggage related bottlenecks and improve guest satisfaction.

“Atlanta is an increasingly popular travel destination and voco The Darwin proudly welcomes guests and their luggage to our city and property,” explains Chase Masri, General Manager, voco The Darwin-Atlanta Midtown by IHG. “We see reclaim picking up where our bell desk leaves off by taking care of our guests’ bags between our property and the airport. Additionally, with reclaim, we expect to be able to better manage luggage on property, particularly during peak travel times. This service provides valuable added convenience for travelers, especially as Atlanta prepares to host several major international events.”

On-Demand Luggage Management for Travelers: How it Works

Travelers book luggage handing at www.helloreclaim.com, and reclaim will pick up the luggage from voco The Darwin Atlanta Midtown hotel lobby from guests up to six hours before flight departure following a fast three-step procedure which includes:

  • Validation of the customer’s identification.
  • Confirming that the ID matches an active boarding pass.
  • Sealing luggage with tamper-evident tracking tags, enabling travelers to monitor their bags throughout the process in real time via SMS or e-mail.

“Guests at voco The Darwin-Atlanta Midtown Hotel will have one less thing to worry about–their luggage – during their travel to and from the Atlanta airport,” says Akmann Van-Mary, CEO and Founder of reclaim. “Our goal is to make traveling easier and lighter for travelers and help hospitality providers manage storage space and large volumes of luggage during busy times. All eyes will be on ATL this summer as we host eight matches at the FIFA World Cup, so the timing is critical. The reclaim partnership with The Darwin is one of many in the city that will improve the overall experience for both travelers and providers and we’re excited to play a role in elevating Atlanta’s reputation on the world stage.”

reclaim, offering transportation, logistics, supply chain and storage solutions, is also working with SITA to develop an innovative mobile solution to roll out its Remote Luggage Check-in service across its network. Additionally, the company will soon launch its services in Dallas-Fort Worth and Washington D.C.
