“I am pleased to announce that in 6 years over 3,550 Travel Professionals have earned their SNG Certified Accessible Travel Advocate® (CATA) designation by successfully completing the online 3 module syllabus and meeting the mandated testing requirements” remarked Garnett. The program has successfully completed Beta-testing and has been delivered in “live” Conference seminar format with onsite testing at four Industry events in the past twelve months.
Contest Winners announced: SNG announced the winners of two Travel Agent promotions held concurrently from July 1 through October 31. Wendy Egloff of WTH and Rachel Mooney of Avoya were winners of i-Pads in SNG Certification and booking promotions, respectively. All SNG Certified Agents’ were included in a Certification drawing and a separate booking promotion was conducted for Agent bookings during the promotion.
