OutsideAgents.com Unveils Live Training Class Roster for the First Half of 2024

OutsideAgents.com, Offering Exclusive Hands-On Learning at State-of-the-Art Facility with Co-Owners Steve Muraca and Chad Burt.

 

Jacksonville, FL, December 5, 2023OutsideAgents.com, America’s premier host travel agency, is proud to announce its live training schedule for the first two quarters of 2024. These comprehensive, interactive five-day sessions are designed to provide hands-on learning experiences that are instrumental in shaping a successful travel advisor. Strategically held at the OutsideAgents.com custom built 12,000 square foot agent development and training facility in Jacksonville, FL, they create a highly collaborative and enriching experience for all participants to gain insights, skills, professional connections, and knowledge that are paramount in today’s ever-evolving travel industry. Participants will also be granted the opportunity to interact with Steve Muraca and Chad Burt, the Co-Owners of OutsideAgents.com, during these training sessions.

 

Classes offered include:

  • Kick Start – New Member Agent Training
  • Groups Training Boot Camp
  • Advanced Agent Training for Technology, Marketing, and Business Skills
  • Luxury & Exotic Travel Training

 

Kick Start Training, scheduled January 21-26, 2024 and June 16-21, 2024, is designed for agents who are just getting started, or are looking to start again, and typically have limited experience in the industry. The classes focus on the most efficient ways for agents to “Kick Start” and accelerate their business.

 

Groups Training Boot Camp, scheduled for February 18-23, 2024, is designed for agents who want to learn how to find, qualify, reserve, sell, and manage groups. Agents will also learn how the Outside Agents CRM and groups promotion tools will assist with marketing, selling, and managing their groups.

 

Advanced Agent Training for Technology, Marketing, and Business Skills, scheduled April 7-12, 2024, is designed for established agents looking for ways to accelerate their business. Highlights include presentations on industry technology and social media, business development focusing on brand building, comprehensive marketing and promotional tactics, and structuring your business.

 

Luxury & Exotic Travel Training, scheduled May 19-24, 2024, is designed for agents who want to learn how to sell luxury travel focusing on the high-touch approach to sales and closing the upscale travel sale. Highlights include how to qualify the premium and luxury traveler, create, build, sell and manage luxury groups and how to move clients along the path from contemporary and premium to luxury experiences.
