Outside Agents: Why We’re Putting an All-in-One Tech Platform in Every One of Our Advisors’ Hands

One Connected Platform, No Extra Cost. How OutsideAgents Is Raising the Bar on Host Agency Technology.

Written By: OutsideAgents

The way travelers plan and book has changed, and so has what it takes to be a successful travel advisor. Today’s clients expect quick answers, polished proposals, and a smooth experience from the first message to the moment they arrive home. More and more, an advisor’s ability to deliver that comes down to the tools behind them. And for most advisors, those tools come from their host agency.

The host agency’s role in an advisor’s success

At OutsideAgents, we’ve always believed our job is to clear away obstacles so our advisors can focus on what they do best: building relationships and selling incredible travel. Technology has become one of the biggest of those obstacles, or one of the biggest advantages, depending on whether an advisor has access to the right platform and the support to actually use it.

What every advisor deserves from their host’s technology

Whether you’re brand new to the industry or years into building your business, we think there are a few things every advisor should be able to expect:

  • One connected platform, so trip planning, client management, marketing, and everyday operations live in the same place.
  • A professional, client-facing experience that reflects well on the advisor behind it.
  • Tools included as part of membership, not billed as one more add-on.
  • And just as important, real training and support, because even the best technology only helps if you’re set up to use it.

The move we just made

That thinking is what led to a decision we’re proud to share. OutsideAgents has partnered with Travefy, a leading CRM, itinerary and agency technology platform. This September, OutsideAgents began rolling out access to Travefy to every advisor as a core membership benefit, at no extra cost. Travefy brings trip planning, customer relationship management, and powerful marketing and operational tools together to streamline daily efficiency, and the entire advisor experience is backed by onboarding, training, and support built specifically for the OutsideAgents community.

We announced the partnership at our 2026 annual conference in Orlando, and we see it as a starting point, not a finish line.

“The adoption of Travefy marks the beginning of a strategic partnership dedicated to elevating the OutsideAgents platform. We are excited to offer this powerful technology solution to our network and look forward to seeing the positive impact it will have on our advisors’ day-to-day operations and business growth,” said Steve Muraca, President of OutsideAgents.

“We are thrilled to deliver Travefy to every OutsideAgents advisor and accelerate success for thousands of advisors across the country. We look forward to a strong, evolving partnership that will provide ongoing value for the entire network,” said David Chait, CEO of Travefy.

Bigger than software

For us, this is about more than a new tool. It’s about equipping the people at the heart of our network to grow with confidence. If you’re weighing your options as an advisor, new to the industry, or simply watching where it’s all headed, our advice is the same as the standard we hold ourselves to: look for the tools that make your work easier, and a partner willing to stand behind them.

OutsideAgents has been one of America’s premier host agencies since 1992, supporting a nationwide network of more than 13,000 travel advisors.
