Nexion Travel Group Names the 2021 U.S. Rising Star

Award is given yearly to a new travel advisor who shows great promise

 

 

IRVING, TX (September 27, 2021) – Amy Butcher, owner of Pineapple Destinations, has been named as Nexion Travel Group’s Rising Star for the United States. The premier host agency for travel professionals gives this annual award to a new Nexion Travel Group member whose sales, skills, engagement and attitude have set them up for an impressive start in their career as a travel advisor.

 

Butcher participated in Veterans in Travel, a joint venture between Nexion Travel Group and Travel Leaders of Tomorrow. Veterans in Travel offers qualified military veterans and their spouses a partial scholarship for Travel Leaders of Tomorrow Virtual Campus training program, where they learn the travel business and how to set up their own agency.

 

Since attending the Nexion Essentials course in January 2021, Butcher has had high-dollar bookings every month, and into mid-2022. Her overall sales are in the six figures, and she actively uses Travel Leaders’ Agent Profiler on TravelLeaders.com to develop new leads.
