Ewart who resides in Plantation, Fla., recently retired from Norwegian Cruise Line as Senior Vice President of Passenger Service. She started her career at Norwegian Cruise Line in 1979 and has spent the past 40 years exclusively in the cruise industry. Vivian along with her husband Joe founded Cruise Holidays. Prior to working for Norwegian Cruise Line, she was the SVP and General Manager for CruiseOne/Cruises Inc.
