ALEXANDRIA, VA (November 5, 2024) – Travel Leaders Network (TLN), the largest network of professional travel advisors in North America, announced that Lindsay Pearlman will serve as Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President at Travel Leaders Network. His role will officially begin in January 2025, and he will report to John Lovell, President of Travel Leaders Network.
Pearlman came to the Travel Leaders Network family in 2019 when he was hired to work with international partners. Over the years, he has taken on additional responsibilities, including managing relationships with Associate members. Prior, Lindsay served as Co-President of Ensemble Travel Group and held executive positions at American Express.
As Chief Operating Officer, Pearlman will continue to focus on TLN’s customer-centric teams. He will oversee Affiliate and Associate membership teams in both the U.S. and Canada, and he will be responsible for new business development as well as the growth of programs such as online booking tools SNAP and Cruise Complete. Pearlman’s role will have him partnering closely with the internal Marketing, Industry Relations and Technology teams to ensure Travel Leaders Network’s best-in-class programs and products are leveraged and delivered to drive membership engagement and profitability.

Pearlman holds a bachelor’s degree from York University. He resides in Toronto.
