KHM Travel Group Expands Leadership Team to Support Tremendous Growth

Host travel agency focuses on increased support and resources for its network of 4,600 agents

Brunswick, Ohio (May 7, 2019)– Building upon the agent network growth of the past year and entry into the top 50 on Travel Weekly’sPower List, KHM Travel Group has expanded the support available for its agents by restructuring its Executive Team and adding additional leadership positions within the company.

The major changes to the Executive Team include the promotion of Lisa Findura to Senior Vice President of Operations and Karen Siburt to Vice President of Finance and Administration. Vice President of Sales Geoff Cox will now oversee all supplier relations with an added role of leading KHM Travel Group’s newly formed team of Group Development Specialists.

In addition to the enhancements to the Executive Team, KHM Travel Group is also seeking a full-time Supplier Relations Manager to assist agents in growing their businesses with travel suppliers.  Acting as a resource for agents who need advanced assistance with a supplier, the Supplier Relations Manager will work to resolve client and booking issues with key contacts at top companies including Apple Leisure Group, Carnival Cruise Line, Royal Caribbean International, and several others. They will also advocate for KHM Travel Group’s agents by setting up exclusive bonus commission incentives and special client offers.

“Our focus has always been providing the best agent support, educational opportunities, and resources to help our independent agents succeed. I’m grateful that our dedication has been recognized and valued by our network of agents and the travel industry,” said President and CEO Rick Zimmerman. “We are looking to build on the foundation we’ve developed by recruiting more of the best travel professionals in the business to support what we believe is the best network of independent travel agents.”

KHM Travel Group’s growing team of 75 dedicated professionals include experts in sales, agent education, marketing, technology, accounting, and agent support who work daily to serve the agency’s network of 4,600 independent travel agents across the country.
