In her position, Leonard coordinates trade shows and special events, establishes and strengthens travel industry partnerships, maintains and grows agent relationships, manages company marketing materials, and performs company webinars.
Her most recent position in the travel industry was personal vacation manager for Online Vacation Center, where she performed dual roles of a full-service travel agent, as well as that of a demanding call center agent.
Formerly, she served as a training specialist with CruiseOne/Cruises Inc., where she designed, facilitated, and administrated formal educational, motivational and skills-based training programs geared to enhance business development skills of participants.
