European Affair & Chelsea Flower Show – 9 days

 

For that special mom who loves to garden, this is an ideal Special Interest Journey taking her to explore the mecca of all flower shows, the Chelsea Flower Show. She will be delighted to take in the magnificent floral displays, model gardens and more before enjoying an evening with Deliciously Authentic Dining on the scenic Thames River Dinner Cruise. As an Insight Experience, guests will also take part in the famous Aalsmeer Flower Auction in the Netherlands and visit a traditional Dutch windmill and the village of Volendam, known for its colorful wooden homes and the harbor lined with seafood vendors. In Bruges, clients will cruise along the canal and then visit the renowned Châteaux of the Loire Valley, beautiful Chenonceau Castle and the most magnificent Château de Chambord, before experiencing the glorious palace and gardens of Versailles – a dream for gardening lovers with around 800 hectares of land full of lush gardens landscaped in classic French style that took 40 years to complete. An Art Lovers Taste of Europe15 days

 

This cultural journey visits some of the best art galleries and museums in Europe while enjoying the sights and tastes of a selection of Europe’s most loved cities. In Italy, mothers will be bewildered by the pristine Vatican Museums, the Sistine Chapel and the works of Michelangelo, Botticelli and Raphael in the Uffizi Gallery—one of the oldest and most famous art museums in Europe. In Switzerland, they’ll admire the collection of Ernst and Hildy Beyeler at the Foundation Beyeler Museum, that houses over 300 pieces of art, and experience the magic of a horse drawn carriage ride in the Swiss countryside. For a totally different and unique perspective, your clients will explore the Louvre Museum at night, which features works admired across the globe such as the Mona Lisa, the Winged Victory of Samothrace, and the Venus de Milo. Along they way, guests can indulge in a wine tasting in Burgundy—known as the wine region of France. Towards the end of their trip, clients visit the Musee D’Órsay in Paris and admire famous masterpieces at the Rijksmuseum and Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam.  **$5,399 per person
