Hyatt’s Inclusive Collection Earns Top Honors with 55 AAA Diamond–Rated Resorts

Seven resorts achieve the coveted AAA Five Diamond distinction, reaffirming the portfolio’s leadership in luxury all-inclusive travel

Hyatt’s Inclusive Collection has reached a major milestone in luxury hospitality, with 55 resorts across the portfolio now holding the prestigious AAA Diamond designation. Among them, seven resorts have earned the elite AAA Five Diamond recognition, the highest rating awarded by AAA, underscoring Hyatt’s continued commitment to exceptional service, refined amenities, and unforgettable guest experiences.

Newly joining the Five Diamond ranks in 2025 are Impression Isla Mujeres by Secrets and Secrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres, both recognized for delivering world-class luxury and indulgence designed to create once-in-a-lifetime stays. They join five additional Inclusive Collection resorts that have successfully maintained their AAA Five Diamond status this year, bringing the portfolio’s total to seven properties with this top-tier distinction.

In addition to the Five Diamond honors, several resorts across the Inclusive Collection received AAA Four Diamond recognition for 2025, a designation that celebrates upscale style, elevated amenities, and attentive service. Newly recognized this year are Hyatt Zilara Riviera Maya, Dreams Cap Cana Resort & Spa, Dreams Estrella del Mar Mazatlán Golf & Spa Resort, Dreams Royal Beach Punta Cana, and Dreams Puerto Morelos Resort & Spa. With these additions, 48 Inclusive Collection resorts now hold AAA Four Diamond status, reinforcing the breadth and consistency of quality across the portfolio.

For more than 80 years, the AAA Diamond Program has served as one of the travel industry’s most trusted benchmarks. Properties are evaluated through unannounced, in-person inspections conducted by professionally trained experts who assess cleanliness, condition, service, and overall guest experience. These ratings play a critical role in helping travelers and travel advisors make confident booking decisions.

With properties spanning the Caribbean, Mexico, Central America, and beyond, Hyatt’s Inclusive Collection continues to set the standard for elevated all-inclusive travel — offering everything from sophisticated adults-only escapes and family-friendly resorts to ultra-luxury retreats recognized among the very best in the world.
